What stands out is the “do it all” convenience: it’s a full branch where you can open accounts, talk through lending options, and also handle routine transactions without making a second stop. The biggest practical win is 24/7 access for deposits/withdrawals via ATM, which is clutch if you’re in and out of downtown outside standard lobby hours.
Stay away from this bank in getting a construction home loan. Horrible experience. They cost me thousands of dollars in interest charges because the loan agent let my paperwork sit on her desk for a month. She left and her replacement did the same thing!!! Run to another more organized institution.
They charged me $60 to cash a $3000 check!! They suck.....

I had the pleasure of working with Danny and Kimberly at this branch. We ran into some bumps due to permitting and the other big company's poor customer service front to assist customers (everything took WEEKS with them. Even to talk to someone, you have to schedule a call 4-5 days out) that resulted in a super long drawn out process that lasted months.
