Jackie, the branch manager, is incredibly kind and genuinely attentive to every question or concern. She responds to emails almost immediately, which makes a huge difference. I hadn’t been to this branch in over ten years, but Jackie reminded me exactly why I stayed with Seacoast. She builds a real relationship with every client who walks through the door, making you feel valued and taken care of. Very disappointed with the service at this branch. I came twice on two different occasions to open accounts for young people and was disappointed with the level of service and apparent general disdain for the act of providing customer service. My young adults will be opening accounts at a credit union instead of this bank as a results of these experiences. I’m very disappointed because my kids have had their accounts with seacoast since they were elementary school. It’s a shame.
