John Manniquez is our loan officer who worked with us recently to get a HELOC loan. I can't remember anyone working so hard to make sure everything went smoothly and we were advised every step of the way during the process. I have had loans from other banks over the years, but no one has ever worked harder and more efficient through the entire process. He made the entire process very easy. Everyone at the Sabastian Fl. office was great to work with.
BEWARE if someone asks for your money they will give it away and not lift a finger to help you get it back. Twice now I have ordered things on line with my debit card and cancelled the monthly auto renewal. Two different companies charged my card again anyway. I tried to get the bank to stop payment while the charges were still pending . They say once a charge is pending there's nothing they can do. I had no way of knowing that my card was being charged again until it was pending. They won't contact the company to get my mon... read more
