I usually check Google reviews before visiting a business, but after my recent experience, I’ve realized that reviews don’t always tell the whole story. I was looking at Seacoast Bank locations and noticed that the branch on Conroy Road had a very low rating with many negative reviews. I had a great experience at Seacoast Bank at Dr. Phillips. I opened an account there, and the entire process was smooth, quick, and well organized. All the staff were very helpful, professional, and attentive. I especially want to thank Adriano, the client advisor, who helped me understand everything by speaking Portuguese, which made a big difference. I was a branch manager and still a customer of Seacoast. The organization as a whole is wonderful. Leadership is wonderful from an employee viewpoint. However, as a customer who loves her Midtown branch in Tampa, with Mindy as the Branch Manager, my visit to this location was one of disappointment. I needed a document notarized and asked the notary if she would print the form for me. She told me no. I am staying in a B&B with no printer. I had to explain to her again my situation and she told me she would make an exception. ... read more
