Rude people
Totally irresponsible custody of customer funds. Bank allowed unauthorized ACH of unusually large amounts (10k twice) plus a 2k transfer which resulted in an overdraft (which is not authorized). Transfers made to entity our 55+ community has never dealt with. Bank is hiding behind a "10 day notification" rule and has refused to supply association request as to who requested the transfer. After all these months they go from bad to worse. Their message about value and service mentioned on their website is definitely NOT congruent with this Sebring Branch. Changing banks.
