This is the best Seacoast branch in Palm Beach County! NO other branch would assist me. The other branches gave me excuses and false information (Boynton Beach and Lantana). I called this West Palm Beach branch and Fania Regis, the manager, immediately took action and helped me with a solution! She was efficient, knowledgeable, solution-driven and kind. I switched over from First Bank of the Palm Beaches when it merged with Seacoast Bank. The switch has been an absolute nightmare to get an account for my transactions during the merger. Corporate is no help and they do not have good customer service. They tell me to email customer service, and then reply that they cannot process information over email. All while wasting 10+ hours over the phone. This is not a review for this branch, but the Seacoast Bank in general.
After many years of my corporation paying with excellent consistency on a loan, Seacoast Bank wants to cause me hardship by increasing monthly payments from approximately $ 220 to (by my calculation) $ 763. Phil Fitzpatrick, VP Business Banking Manager was courteous, but offered no solution. Mr. Fitzpatrick has not answered my latest e-mail at all.
My husband and I just moved into the area from north of Orlando, FL. We had a good relationship with Seacoast Bank in our previous home and we were hopeful that things would continue to be positive here. Fania Regis, the Banking Center Manager, exceeded our expectations with her warmth and professional expertise. She amazed us with her computer genius. We believe she deserves special recognition for a job well done!
