I have had really good experiences and customer service from Alexandra at Sea Breeze regarding my MEATER probe and a couple of problems I have had with it. She has always been prompt in her responses and extremely quick in resolving warranty issues that have occurred with this product. Good to see business’s still exist with outstanding customer service
