Bought a brand new trailer from here, disappointed on two occasions. 1. Axle was positioned directly under a cross member, meaning the suspension had zero travel. 2. When they repositioned the axle, they placed the u bolts over existing wiring, damaging the wires. These aren’t massive issues, but it’s annoying with multiple trips back and forth, especially when something is brand new and you fork out the cash. Should’ve spent a bit more for better quality and service.
Had my Suzuki DF70A Serviced. Had the Apprentice work on it. Forgot to bleed the fuel system after the fuel lines were replace. Forgot to replace the Hood Latch and a Bolt from the top of the Plastic Engine Guard. Had to take the boat back to have all of the parts replaced, but had to bleed the fuel line out at Sea as the water separator filter bowl was stripped. No good when you speak to a Apprentice on the phone to ask you to bring the boat back so he can replace all the parts he forgot.
Need to be...more believable.
