Horrible experience. I don't think being followed and accused of stealing is beneficial to any customer experience. I see the reviews and there is a reoccurring theme. Stay far away from this establishment.
Have been going to Seabras for years now and never had a negative experience until I got a call from my sister stating that the security guard accused her of stealing. She stated that she brought in her bag with 2 items purchased from another retailer. While paying, the security guard approached her and accused her of stealing the items in her bag. Why would a paying customer be stealing? You tell me! Either way, he asked for a receipt (fair enough) but when she tried to provide the one she had, he did not look. He only look... read more
