A recent conversation with a representative by the name of Erica had told me that Lori (10 year teller) would not accept a payment to another credit union. Lori said that the check had to be made out to seaboard credit union and that they would pay the bill. We made our last 3 payments to the credit union that holds our loan, not seaboard. There is no reason for the change. They act like they want to turn away your business when you're not doing it with them. Poor service! I say pick another credit Union!

I’ve been a member with Seaboard for 20+ years, it’s time I’ve left a review. Laurie at the Hermon branch has always been there for me throughout my ever-evolving financial situation. I’ve had several loans through Seaboard, the process is always quick and efficient, and she takes the time to ensure I am in a better financial situation at the end of the day. I have lived out of state for many years, and continue to do my banking in my home state because of people like Laurie. Thank you!
