Kimmy's beginner aerial yoga class is wonderful for all levels with a warm-up session that covers all the bases and leaves you feeling ready for some more challenging, but doable poses. The sequencing is delivered in a straightforward, methodical fashion with poses flowing together naturally. Her intermediate class is more of the same with an excellent warm up session followed by a sequence of 3 or 4 more challenging poses with one on one help if wanted. I have been going to inferno 45 with Victoria for the past couple months. I have to say I am in love with the class! Victoria is a very motivational person and her charisma makes you want to keep coming back to class and work harder on myself!
An updated review, but still a 10/10 I tried Inferno 45 tonight and wow! 🔥 🔥 🔥 An amazing full body workout. Viktoria is great. She demonstrates as well as describes all the exercises very well, making it extremely easy to follow. She's a great motivator. I highly recommend trying her class... 💪
The aerial yoga classes that Yelena teach are fun and challenging. She also gives great individual help to everyone that wants to complete the more challenging poses. Nobody gets left behind in her classes.
The new studio has a warm and inviting feel. Viktoria's classes are always incredible and she knows how to push you, but also motivate you. **she sometimes brings cookies to class as well.** Excited to see what the studio looks like when renovations are complete. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a street sign, as the studio is very easy to miss if you are walking by. Looking forward to more classes there...
