Anastasia’s Yin yoga classes are pure magic. She plays the singing bowl so gentle, & deliberate, it instantly melts the noise of the day away. I had such a good Barre class with Oxana! She is an amazing instructor, so knowledgeable, and the workout was amazing & so much fun!! The studio is beautiful and a really nice intimate space. Oxana is very personable, caring and attentive with everyone. This is such a lovely environment and community!

After 6 months at the studio, I'm happy to say that it's been consistently good. Aside from hot yoga they switch up the sequence so it's not repetitive. All of the instructors are amazing and friendly. It truly is a stress environment.
