It worked out well for me now that they moved to Coquitlam. I think the place is probably smaller and not as glamourous because of the spacing, but it more than adequate. Oxana, the owner is amzing. She is very sweet and helpful. If you compare the pricing with other studios around the neighborhood it may seem to be more expensive, but the class offerings are different and well worth it. I absolutely love the classes here. The instructors and owner are very welcoming and encouraging while bringing amazing energy to every class. I always leave feeling stronger and happier.
