If you’re Hispanic don’t waste your time. The most racist interaction we’ve ever had with the dispatcher. Called them on a 3 way with my father who needs a tow and doesn’t speak English Plain out said they require someone on the boat to speak English to communicate with the captain because no one on their team speaks Spanish. Was NOT good enough for me to be on a 3 way call with my father. TL;DR AVOID AVOID AVOID The management of this franchise location, damaged our boat, ghosted us for two months about it and only called me back once I got Sea Tow corporate involved. then the management of this franchise said they won't do anything about the damage and we can take them to arbitration.
