We had to use Sea Tow this week for our boat that had an engine overheating. They showed up within minutes and Dave towed us the 8 miles back to our dock. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully we never have to use it again but I’ll definitely be keeping my membership after I realized how much money I saved had in it had it.

I switched to Seatow after boatus gave me a very unsavory experience. Seatow made signing up super easy. I unfortunately had to use them today Michael was very courteous, professional, and did an amazing job towing me. I hope to pay seatow every year and never use you again…but if I do, I know I’m in good hands. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Even if it costs more the peace of mind that a towboat that will up hold their end of the bargain is well worth it.

Ran hard aground on a shoal in Bogue Sound and called Sea Tow. One boat showed up took an injured person to Carteret General and dropped my other passengers off at my marina. Then he returned with another Sea Tow boat and they got me off. Not only did they get me off but made sure I was not taking on water and both boats followed me in. They were both great, professional & courteous! I recommend Sea Tow to every one. Cause there will come a day when you are going to need their help!
