Most of my boating life has been spent on the ocean. Now that I’ve moved to a freshwater lake, I was considering canceling my Sea Tow membership. Good thing I didn’t. Had an incident sometime ago where I broke down on the water. Sea Tow and Captain John were very responsive, although I canceled them once they were halfway there, as I got it started, they were still very cordial and friendly about the service they tried to render. Simple rule now, as long as I have a boat, I’ll have Sea Tow
Thank you Captain Jon for a smooth tow from one end of the lake to the other when our water pump went out! He kept in touch while we were waiting on his arrival and offered to bring water if we didn't have enough on the boat. He explained the entire process, how he would tow us and let me tell you his precision in putting us at the dock between two other boats was amazing! Thank goodness it didn't happen while we were out in the middle of the ocean a few weeks ago....but even if it did we know Sea Tow would have come and got... read more
