I honestly can’t recommend Shay highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she has this incredible ability to make you feel completely calm and at ease. Her touch is truly magic, she somehow melts away all the stress of daily life the moment you’re on her table. I leave every session feeling reset, lighter, and so well looked after. I genuinely look forward to my weekly visit, it’s become such a special part of my routine.
There’s nothing better than a great massage, and Shay absolutely delivers. She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and always makes you feel at ease. I really appreciate how flexible she is with bookings and how quickly she can usually fit you in. Highly recommend if you’re after a quality massage on the coast.

Shay is so knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, using supportive pillows and adjusting everything to suit my stage of pregnancy. I left feeling completely relaxed, lighter, and honestly slept better than I have in weeks afterwards. It made such a difference to my back and hip pain.
