Letting customers know your exchange/return policy should be included in the checkout. Especially if it’s different from usual process. If you buy a clothing item from them, there’s a microscopic barcode which is required for an exchange, otherwise they won’t accept it. Even if you’re exchanging the same item for a different size. Overall, the store is whatever for souvenirs shopping, there are way better ones. The return/exchange policy makes it especially not worth visiting.
