I've been trying to get a hold of these people at the Montego Bay office for 2 weeks now. My phone isn't receiving calls and I want to know when I can come and pickup the 2 barrel because I'm out of food and nobody is answering. Evidence of call log attached.
Calling for a week now to get some information, I'm not yet a customer but was hoping to be. If this is you guys first impression then, I dont want to see how you guys would handle real issues. I'm waiting for the person who've been finding the time to comment under all the other negative reviews but can't find the time to answer the phone, come and tell me about my bad Grammer...lol Unnu a waste of rass time.
Sea jamaica is absolutely terrible they put a ban on my barrel for non payment which I did pay i called the multiple times to rectify the problem they told me they did and when I went to pick up the barrel the problem was still there. Then they completely stop answering the phones I've called over 3 days more than 20 times and no answer. How can I get my barrels if they do not answer the phone
