Sea Change is a wonderful space. Everyone I have had the pleasure to encounter has been wonderful. Heather, the owner, is a great yoga teacher and therapist, intuitive and honest. All the therapists who are affiliated with Sea Change were carefully selected for their expertise and professionalism, and it shows. I am proud to support a woman owned business. I have been coming here for counseling services for the past few years during one of the most challenging times of my life. The staff here have created such a safe and warm space for healing. I am forever grateful to my therapist, Kari, for being a part of my journey toward growth, healing and self acceptance. She was there for the highs and the lows, truly empowering me to help myself. what a terrific place. All the instructors are Kind and caring. I would have never gone to a yoga studio but I went to Chair yoga with Jessica Then tried a restorative/ sound bowl classes . These classes have been life changing!
