Disappointed with service & communication I booked a one-hour massage online, received an email confirmation, and arrived 5-10 minutes early, only to be told they don’t check online bookings and that it’s better to call directly. That completely defeats the purpose of offering online bookings. Mind you, she was browsing on her phone when I arrived, so clearly connected to the internet.
