I have been to many places and their loan departments haven’t been that great. This company has the best loan department. I’ve been working with Paula and she has been answering all of my questions (and I have many) and hasn’t made me feel like I’m bothering her. She’s always available and takes her time and does not rush me and that is why I will only come here for any loans that I apply for. Sea air federal credit union has the best customer service I’ve experienced in years!
Awesome people, good service. As someone else has said, this is a credit union for base employees with very limited hours. Check their website, but no one is going to be around to answer the phone if you call after hours.
