Called her at 2:45pm. She answered the phone unprofessionally, "Hello," instead of stating her company name or her name. She informed me that she was unavailable, but would call me later once she arrived home for me to meet her at her home. After waiting almost 3 hours, I finally called her back at about 5:30pm, and she informed me that she just got home. I drove to her address which looks like a dump.
