Very busy but good physio place
I attended St. Elizabeth Physiotherapy through a referral arranged by SE Health following my hip replacement surgery, with four sessions covered by OHIP. I was disappointed with the level of service provided. The sessions were quite short (less than 15 mins) and mainly consisted of completing about ten repetitions of exercises that I had already been instructed to do at home. Subject: Extremely Poor Follow Up and Professionalism I was referred to your clinic by my doctor over a month ago and have left several voicemail messages with no response. After waiting that long, I came in person to book an appointment, only to be told that the OHIP-covered program has a one-year wait time—but that I could be seen immediately if I paid out of pocket.
