Subject: Extremely Poor Follow Up and Professionalism I was referred to your clinic by my doctor over a month ago and have left several voicemail messages with no response. After waiting that long, I came in person to book an appointment, only to be told that the OHIP-covered program has a one-year wait time—but that I could be seen immediately if I paid out of pocket.
