One of the best Uber experiences I’ve ever had. I met someone truly kind and genuine—felt like I’d known him for years. We were in a Tesla, and he took the time to show me how the self-driving system works. Fast and friendly service! Thomas was very outgoing; he offered drinks and asked for music and temperature preferences. A very nice ride after a long day of traveling!

Booked a trip round-trip to the airport and back and while I was on my trip before I came back, they canceled the round-trip pick up. Extremely unprofessional . You have to be on a trip and then focus on a raging pick up because you don’t have a reliable company you’re using was my first time using them and will definitely be my last

This was a great ride! Inexpensive and was able to take me about 40 minutes out of KC. Thomas holds great conversation, has water for riders, and can schedule rides in advance. I appreciate the trip!
