Tried ordering a toilet seat from another company but they basically left me hanging for about 3 weeks so I figured I'd try SDS. Got the toilet seat I ordered from them in less than a week! I was so surprised to see the package at my front door so quickly. Thank you! :D
Finally part is received with a delay, but because of Christmas time. Support was very organized and followed every step.
Not happy with SDS ordered a toilet that they had 4 in stock. I ordered 1 and it got damaged in shipment. They did not let me know at all. I had to call them to get help. They would not return my call back I had to call them back to get this worked out. They said they did no have any left. So they refunded me back. I did not want a refund. I wanted a new item. Customer service is very very poor. Will never order here again.

Placed an order on 4/20. Did a follow up call to them on 4/27 to get ship date. Was notified then that order did not ship that they need to verify Credit Card. CC verified on 4/28 asked for expedited shipping. Called on 5/2 item had not shipped yet. Had to call to cancel order and was not even given an apology. Spoke to owner, he explained they were small company and that he just let it fall through the cracks.
