Still waiting on my $280 order from Over a month ago
CLOSED DOWN - Store isn’t at the location on the address, a UPS store has replaced it. Their phones are inoperable & it appears their business email is as well, don’t order from here.
I have been ordering from SDFT for over a year now. Every order is fulfilled in a timely manner and delivered promptly. I had one issue once because their supplier was giving SDFT issues and my delivery was delayed. Their customer service responded in less than 30 mins and as compensation, without me even asking, they sent an additional bottle of the product I ordered with my re-shipped order. I have to be honest here. I ordered from this company several months ago. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no customer service. My order took more than a month to arrive. But it did eventually show up. They even doubled my order when it finally did arrive. It seems they are going through management changes and are trying to make things better. So, like other people leaving a review I will start with the bad. Shipping time as of recent have been delayed, in the past this was not so. But there could be many reasons for this. On the contrary, their products of of high quality, some of the highest quality around, at times too pure. But also they are a very generous company handing out free bottles of stock to you for late orders, reviews, and returning customers.
