This bank went from being my favorite bank to being the worst. I’ll never bank here again. They are not very helpful and they don’t even try to help me with my needs. Never contact me about my certificate being mature they just move it to a lower interest rate instead of keeping it at the same rate. Now when I want to remove it they want to charge me.
