I've been an account holder at SDCCU for over 20 years, and been to several branches all across the county, and in Temecula. Never have I ever experienced a rude, slow or unaccommodating customer service rep. I'm shocked at the reviews on here, I go to the bank at least once a week, and when I had my business account with them, it was daily. I love them, and hopefully the transition to Cal Coast will go smoothly. Every rep I have ever encountered, are nice, efficient, and informative. LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!
The El Cajon branch has been much more accommodating and friendly during my 15 years living in East County. I naturally steer towards the El Cajon branch for my needs. I do hope the Santee branch can be more accommodating and friendly in the future. I hope to change my review one day.
