Friendly staff who provide excellent service with a smile. Likes are never too long. Lots of parking. I'll be back soon. Cash is king.
I was helped by Nicole, the Assistant Branch Manager opening a new Checking/Savings Account. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made it an easy process. But more than that she was human and was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you for helping me and I appreciate you very much. She’s an absolute professional and I’d recommend her any day.
I came in yesterday Friday at around 4:20pm (branch closes at 5:00p) but Debra was able to make time for me to create a new account. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help me every step of the way despite me being unprepared (I thought I had everything I needed). She stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. She also helped me today (Saturday) past closing time to make sure everything in my account was in order. Just not a convenient bank due to policies and procedures, if your new to the city don't use this bank they'll hold your checks, they don't print cards. Just use a more convenient bank.
