Their computer took $2000.00 out of my other bank. Teller said she did a cash advance and it was declined. Checked my bank and they said it was approved the first time and declined the second time. I can’t pay my bills now. Do you think they are in financial trouble? BEWARE!
Phone system is a bit hard to get through sometimes, but staff at branch are nice and friendly. Lupe made it easy to setup various services.
ATM is never working and when it is working, there’s a chance you can’t even withdraw or deposit cash
It seems they can't tell the difference between a mailing and residence address. I have to change banks again because my info is public thanks to them sending my mail to my residence. They're response was "I don't see any problem" really.
Just a word of warning do not open a business account here period if you're ATM card gets compromised, they will make you wait 10 days to get a new one, which if you're running a business you know is totally unacceptable.
