My review is not about a specific branch, but about SDCCU’s unethical banking and lending practices. I had a credit score of 723 and was promised a car loan at 3.00% APR. After I found my vehicle a week later, the bank suddenly claimed their “internal percentages” had changed my rate would now be 4.5%. I felt cornered and went ahead with the loan. Their computer took $2000.00 out of my other bank. Teller said she did a cash advance and it was declined. Checked my bank and they said it was approved the first time and declined the second time. I can’t pay my bills now. Do you think they are in financial trouble? BEWARE!
Phone system is a bit hard to get through sometimes, but staff at branch are nice and friendly. Lupe made it easy to setup various services.
ATM is never working and when it is working, there’s a chance you can’t even withdraw or deposit cash
