Horrible service. I went into this branch to take the next steps for my father's trust account as I'm the executor. The employee came to get me from the waiting area, never introduced himself, or called us by our names. When we got to his desk, he asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I told him my dad had passed and his account is in a trust. His response was, so what do you want to me to do? The entire process was uncomfortable and painful.
