I went in today to make a bank account and was told that they will have to run my credit just to open a regular checking account. I asked why and the girl replied, “every credit union will run your credit.” I walked out after that comment and found a great bank 7 mins away that in fact does NOT run my credit for simply opening a checking account. This place will lie to you for absolutely no reason. Thank god I didn’t bank with them.
This bank has the worst customer service. They charged me extortionist fees. Don't go here.
I was a Payee to my brothers account. I took care of him and the bank won’t let me get the money out. I gave him his death certificate and I’d. I was his payee and they’re trying to tell me that I need some form but they won’t tell you what form to get, it was my money we had an account together. I took care of my brother and they won’t let me get the 3000 something that’s in there my my brother they said I can take the money out even after he died and then they let me have the money and then they took it back twice already ... read more
