Knowledgeable friendly people.
The staff is very Inquisitive they ask questions that don't pertain to their business. I think it is only THIS branch. I've been to their other branches an they are not that way. They are very suspicious. It's an icky feeling. They definitely have the ick factor.
I went in today to make a bank account and was told that they will have to run my credit just to open a regular checking account. I asked why and the girl replied, “every credit union will run your credit.” I walked out after that comment and found a great bank 7 mins away that in fact does NOT run my credit for simply opening a checking account. This place will lie to you for absolutely no reason. Thank god I didn’t bank with them.
This bank has the worst customer service. They charged me extortionist fees. Don't go here.
