Used the ATM ... Quick and convenient
Never bank here. Multiple times where they delay deposits 5-10 days in their own ATM machines and don’t have a customer service team dedicated to helping their customer like most banks, they just tell you tough cookies. Don’t waste your time or deal with the hassle.

I came in to close an old line of credit and open a new one. It was a very slow morning at this location and I sat down with banker Mariam Said to do this. I was sitting there for over 2 hours just to get this done. It would be understandable if they were overwhelmed but that wasn’t the case. It’s ridiculous to wait that long just to open a new line of credit. I hope this location realizes that is unreasonable and fixes this issue.
I've been banking for years and SDCCU Laguna Niguel Branch continues it's excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly which makes going to the bank pleasant. The loan rates are low for auto, home, and any loan you need. Highly recommend this bank.
