Bad customers service.
Went to get info on an auto loan. Sandra met with me right away. She explained the terms, 48 Mos loan, down payment and monthly payment. That was clear and easy
This review is not in regards to Natalie, she was very helpful. This review is in regards to the branch overall. My father passed away and had a small amount of money left over in his checking account. This became an ordeal trying to withdraw the money. Four attempts were required each requiring a notary. Each time making slight adjustments to the document except they wouldn't tell me what was wrong with the document. I understand the need for proper documentation but it was over the top for a modest amount of money. Strike ... read more
