Had to share because I had an outstanding experience at the SDCCU La Costa branch, thanks to Ruby Callihan. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service for my husband and I. We haven't decided on a bank just yet.. but still wanted to give her a shout out! If you visit this branch, I highly recommend asking for Ruby—she truly makes a difference!
I recently visited the SDCCU La Costa branch with questions about opening my first savings account, and Ruby Callihan was incredibly helpful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I've been with SDCCU for years now and have nothing but great things to say! Today I had a few questions regarding my account and Ruby Callihan knocked it out of the park with her customer service. I was able to get the answers I needed so quickly that it turned what I thought was going to long tedious experience into a quick and pleasant one!
I have yet to choose which bank I want to go with but I just had the greatest experience with the teller Ruby Callihan. She was very sweet, patient, and helpful with all of my questions. If I receive service like this every time maybe SDCCU is the bank I decide to use!
