Every time I goto to the Escondido branch to bank, they make me feel like a criminal! I love sdccu’s perks but the customer service is horrible. I’m strongly considering switching banks!

Great customer service. Great bank no monthly fees. Atms are not the best and are always down with issues. Is really upsetting and time consuming have to be going to different ones. They have 2 as drive thru and a atm for walk up. The walk up is the one that gives less problems but its so irritating. They need to upgrade. Thinking about switching bc this is an on going issue
