Do not bank here. ATM at the actual bank ate my card and would not return it. Witnessed by the woman behind me in line. It told me to take my card, never ejected it, and went back to the screen for a new transaction. Next person after me had their card returned. Staff informed me they do not service THEIR OWN atms and had no way to get it out. They had to cancel my card that is linked to so many subscriptions and accounts. I have had nothing but problems since I’ve had this so-called bank from the day that I opened up an account with them because I got an auto loan through them a few years back. The car never works when you pay with Apple Pay. If you want to use debit to get cash back, the ATM limits are so low for withdrawal. The service inside the branches with tellers or personal bankers is slow, and their app is always down and even some of their ATM locations. Don’t work half the time.
