My Mom and I have had an account with SDCCU for decades. She told a teller that someone accessed her Amazon account and they immediately locked all of our accounts and changed account numbers without our permission. They would not give us access until we could 'prove' to them all devices in the house were scrubbed. We had no control over our money. Claudia was rude & unprofessional. Garbage customer service. I’m with USAA which is a bank co-op with SDCCU. I walk in and there is one teller available. She is working on paperwork clearly sees me then continues working. I said “are you available?” She slowly responded “yeah I can take you.” I get to the teller and ask her to please withdrawal money that exceeded the atm limit. While I was talking to her she was chomping and slopping her gum with her mouth open, like a cow. rude and disgusting. She ran my card and said it was declined. I asked for further cl... read more

Joshua was so helpful but this bank sucks! The manager Rosemarie decided I should not be accommodated for a replacement card even tho I expressed I have a disability effecting my circumstance. Rosemarie should not be over seeing people since she isn’t kind enough to accommodate people with disabilities. I am shocked and I won’t bank here ever again. Go elsewhere. I closed my account.
