The ATM accepted my cash deposit but failed to credit it to my account or return the funds due to a reported “technical issue.” I was instructed to contact the ATM’s help line, and after doing so, I was advised by SDCCU to contact my bank directly to resolve the issue. My bank is now telling me the issue is on them
A scammer pretending to be Citibank called and tried to scam a family member of mine out of 13 grand. When my family member came to the bank to withdraw the money, the folks in this branch could sense the scam and helped put a stop to it. Amber and the rest of the crew in this bank saved my family from losing 13 grand to a scammer in India. I can't think of a better reason to give 5 stars. Customer Service FTW
After 26 years of being a loyal customer, SDCCU transferred money from my personal account to my mother’s account, which had become overdrawn after her death. Subsequent to her passing, my brother died a few months later. I was responsible for all expenses and money was extremely tight on my fixed income. My personal account was not notified. Went there today curious about credit building cards, lady up front was SO PUSHY to get me started. I anyway was in a hurry since I had to help out back at my work later. Please train your sales team to be relaxed with your sales cycle. Plus saw the other reviews while waiting and I'll be sticking to my U.S Bank account. Like before we left she was like can I get your number to contact you? Uh no!
