Went there today curious about credit building cards, lady up front was SO PUSHY to get me started. I anyway was in a hurry since I had to help out back at my work later. Please train your sales team to be relaxed with your sales cycle. Plus saw the other reviews while waiting and I'll be sticking to my U.S Bank account. Like before we left she was like can I get your number to contact you? Uh no!

Are we friendly and polite, and a clean facility
My Mom and I have had an account with SDCCU for decades. She told a teller that someone accessed her Amazon account and they immediately locked all of our accounts and changed account numbers without our permission. They would not give us access until we could 'prove' to them all devices in the house were scrubbed. We had no control over our money. Claudia was rude & unprofessional. They arbitrarily did this even after I spoke with the Manager of the branch. I immediately removed all my money. They don't deserve our business... read more
