So far. I'm not having a good experience. I stopped in Because I wanted to open a new checking and savings account. Firstly, I was not acknowledged and I had to stand there until the person was done at the counter. and then when I asked if I needed to sign in her the Sin 2 open an account. She handed me a Clipboard and said it was going to take 30 minutes to an hour before I would be seen. Not too happy. Needless to say, I did not open an account today.
I've never had to wait in line for very long. Everyone is friendly and eager to help.
