I see clearly now that the reviews are not monitored nor replied to...but for real? You can't even deposit a check on the app...? Its "under maintenance" for about 5 years now, quite literally. Haha. The app sucks. I've been with them for around a decade but after this and not accepting third party accounts (zelle, venmo have to wait days for the money ect)....im done. Without a doubt the worst customer service of any bank. Went in to confirm a transaction would go through. Was told not to worry without ever looking at our account. Well guess what, it wouldn’t go through as it needed prior authorization. What a joke of a bank

Wow what a bunch of films flam artists. I have never experienced a company full of people who say one thing and do another. My son just got his first job and I brought him down to the Carlsbad location to open checking and savings accounts. We were told we would get Legoland tickets which we never got. There is some sort of spending limit on the account that cannot be bypassed even though when we set up the account they asked me if we wanted a spending limit which I said no.
