This bank is horrible. I returned an item to a vendor that was $1,300 and the vendor never refunded my money, so naturally I disputed the original charge. Even though I had evidence that I returned the items for a full refund (receipt) as well as written correspondence with the vendor, the bank sided with the vendor and took that $1,300 back out of my account. Celeste at the Carlsbad branch was horrible. I asked for cash, she proceeds to ask me how I am spending my own money as if it was any of her business. She tells me after she’s unable to provide me with the amount I’m asking for because they don’t have enough cash! What kinda bank ain’t got no cash!
It’s a good place to save money, I’ve opened up my bank account when I was 16 for the first time. Friendly employees, and good service.
I see clearly now that the reviews are not monitored nor replied to...but for real? You can't even deposit a check on the app...? Its "under maintenance" for about 5 years now, quite literally. Haha. The app sucks. I've been with them for around a decade but after this and not accepting third party accounts (zelle, venmo have to wait days for the money ect)....im done. Without a doubt the worst customer service of any bank. Went in to confirm a transaction would go through. Was told not to worry without ever looking at our account. Well guess what, it wouldn’t go through as it needed prior authorization. What a joke of a bank
