Fit Factory gym in Garland, TX is a joke, cancelled my membership there and now conveniently sent to collections through Aldous. Aldous won't pick up the phone and the call keeps abruptly ending. Called 5 times and all 5 times the calls get 'dropped.'
BEWARE of Aldous and Associates and Vasa gym. These guys are CROOKS! My son cancelled his account. We have the confirmation emails. Then a month later somehow a new account was opened in his name. He never got charged because the bank account number used on the fraudulent account wasn't even his bank number. HOWEVER, over a year later Vasa sent the account to collections. NEITHER Vasa nor the complete scam of a company Aldous and Associates can show us proof that he actually opened a new account BUT they are demanding over $... read more
