What can I say Shimika was great! She immediately responded to my message. Other offices I called asked me to text/call them next week. Never met a tax consultant who is totally down with just texting/calling, ya know? The first 3 tax preparer offices I called were more of the old-fashioned kind where they make you call them to go through the questioning process with their team before finally getting to talk to the actual tax preparer themselves (since I had many questions) and required that you go into their office.
