We recently asked for a customised cabinet and payed full money. We received the cabinet and we wanted the cabinet to be fixed because they did it wrong, it was supposed to be a slider opening they made it completely different. And we called them so many times and no response always excuses on “out of town”. They have really bad customer service, don’t buy furniture from them. We didn’t get the cabinet we asked for, they scammed us and now won’t fix it.
If you're looking for furniture and mattresses with moderate quality and reasonable prices, this place is good. They also offer a decent variety of products and show a fair level of responsibility in their service.
Great experience! We ordered custom couches from here - unfortunately we chose the wrong colour for our home. SD furniture was very accommodating and picked up the couches the next day. A company that truly cares about their customers & makes a quality piece!
