Hello people! I’ve never rented a vehicle in the USA and we decided to have one with my friend’s son so we could move around easily in Los Angeles area. We found this company and called to have the rental car. We got the car(very dirty) for $60/day and made a $500 deposit as the woman who handled us the car says as we have a non California driver’s license so we have to pay the amount for deposit. Probably - no wait - absolutely the worst company, rental car or not, I have ever dealt with in my life. Unprofessional would be too good to call them! I never post reviews but for this company they deserve it ‼️ They are a scam and bait and switch company. They delivered a car to our daughter that was FILTHY inside and out along with a broken tail light. AND they want her to go and have it fixed.
