I’ve sold my land to Mr. Edward White (White Holdings, Native Land Company, Timber Ridge Land Preservation Corp., New York Oil Gas Mineral-NYOGM) who offered to use his close friend attorney Rachel Scura Lickliter (Scura Law Office) as an escrow agent. Suddenly I knew my land has been registered in White Holdings name, and immediately after it Mr. White declined to pay for my land: "Lev, my attorney {Rachel Scura} told me that this transaction has been finalized and that I owe you nothing else as per the law".
