Sculpt Pilates Moss Vale is my favourite part of every day! A non negotiable! All of the instructors are so full of energy, experience and enthusiasm and make each class so fun and engaging. Katrina, Karla, Annabelle and Tania are incredible instructors who make you feel welcome and challenge you to improve, lift heavier and try new exercises. Constantly targeting different things making each day feel fun, new and exciting! 10/10!
Joining Sculpt over two years ago was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The instructors are incredible… supportive, knowledgeable, and always bringing energy to every class. Whether it’s the strength based Reformer class or Spin, each session challenges you at your own level, helping you push yourself while still feeling safe and supported. Great atmosphere, great trainers, always super friendly. I feel like sculpt family each time I walk in! Persistence and consistency have really paid off. I feel stronger than ever! No class is ever ‘easy’. Each trainer encourages me to challenge myself at each class which improves my strength in both my body and mind.
