I have been trying since Oct 20 to get intouch with either nurse ruby or Stefani about my treatment plan. I was doing the ozempic prescribed by Ruby and it made me sick once I told them the medicine was making me feel bad they stopped responding to me and my calls and stopped checking up on me and everything I have called multiple times to talk to one of them about what my next steps were and neither of them have reached out to me. Had a nice home visit with Stefani, and I really needed a lymphatic drainage massage and girl....she came through!!! Just had surgery earlier in the week and I was swollen and in terrible pain! She got me feeling right!! Very easy to talk to, and very relatable. Very nice. Already have another appointment set for tomorrow.
