Wonderful studio! Clean, welcoming and, the team from the owners, front office staff and instructors are gems. If you’re looking for your “place” to get an amazing workout in an amazing community, this is it!
Jennifer was amazing, making sure I was comfortable and the whole process was safe for me, she went above and beyond explaining everything
Highly recommend booking with Jennifer when using the emsella chair - she is knowledgeable and makes sure you are positioned correctly, asks questions to ensure you are getting the most out of the treatment plan. Love this place!

All around great experience. I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name who was working Tuesday afternoon, but she was fantastic. Very welcoming and informative. The jump board class I took with Nicole was such a great experience. She was tough, but in the way I want an instructor to be! I never felt uncomfortable when she came over to correct my form or machine. I would absolutely come back to this studio.
