I had many facials in my long life but none compared to the professionalism of Logan who took the time to analyze my skin type and then customized my treatment. I counted nearly eight specific facial treatments and applications in the hour I was there. The BEST facial ever! Walter

The staff was really welcoming and the instructor was upbeat and also welcoming . She explained everything and made me feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. I really enjoyed my class and will definitely be back.

i loved the total body class with shannon. Its so fun and great music. The workout was very tough but i very much enjoyed it. It was first time taking a pilates type of class. The front desk people were so supportive. Hopefully i can join again.

I absolutely love this studio! The staff are incredibly friendly, making the experience (especially as a first-timer) comfortable and non-intimidating. The classes are tough, in a good way! Easy enough to walk from my apartment in Old Town North or find parking if I'm running behind. 10/10 love coming here!

I love that there're dedicated front of house staff. Many gyms have instructors do double duty and it's chaotic and not efficient and the front desk is often unmanned. The staff and instructors are so kind, friendly, and helpful. There's clearly an overall ethos of customer service and excellence which is rare to see! The classes are structured, timely, and fun.
