I placed an online order with the company in early November 2023. It was to take 8 - 12 weeks. Called in January 2024. Was told it would be shipped the first week of February. It’s now April and nothing. Pathetic.
Love the store and what it has to offer However, I bought a n umber of bangle bracelets from them and when the latch on one broke it was difficult to receive satisfing help I returned a second time and after a half hour of hems and haws the salesperson, unhappily, gave me a credit. Do you not stand behind your products? Very disappointing.. A little charm from saleswoman would have helped
We received our $9000 tapestry folded in a box, not rolled in a tube, with no instructions. We communicated with Tracy by phone, who was patient and helpful. She sent links for hanging the tapestry and getting wrinkles out of it. This info hadn't been included in the box. We now have the expense of having it steamed.
If I could give them NO STARS I would. I was trying to find a Freywille bracelet to fit my wrist and and sent them an email and received a very short and bitter response from Christina. I told her what I was looking for and she said "We don't customize bracelets". I was under the impression that they did because in their online ad it states that they are made to order. Sadly, my experience with Scully & Scully was very disappointing. I made a purchase for delivery before Father's Day. I made calls following-up on the status of the delivery as it did not arrive as promised. I asked to have a supervisor/manager call me and never heard a word. Tracy, a customer service rep, did her best to assist me but in the end, the customer service from the managers at Scully & Scully were very disheartening. I will never order again nor will I recommend to anyone.
