**AVOID** Do not order from them. Orderd a £600 bike last week, no delivery time frame, no answer from the shop with over 20 calls, no response from emails, now got my bank involved to retrieve funds back!! AVOIDDDDDDDD
Avoid !!! I have order a part for premium delivery this was around 2 weeks ago I have phone no one is answering the phone it seems like a scam don not order from here people you will not get your order
Ordered a part from them, as it was the only place showing ‘In Stock’. After 10 days I still hadn’t received the part. They never answer the phone, so emailed to query and it turned out the part was on back order and had a 2 month lead time, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They seem to have disappeared, and will not answer the phone or emails. AVOID.
Ordered a mafia bike for my son, had no communication on delivery from the shop at all( still says ready to ship on app), tried calling both numbers for 2 days straight and had no response at all, didnt get any tracking info, bike did turn up within 5 days, box was quite battered from delivery company, probably wont order from these again just due to lack of communication when paying out nearly £600 and not to have any reassurance
