Had to return something because I needed a bigger size (it was a gift and I guessed wrong) and that was easy but unfortunately was sent the wrong replacement size back. Although, that was disappointing, they quickly sent me the right size and paid for me to return the wrong size. I really appreciated them taking responsibility for that.
