This shop is amazing! I first got certified with my family as an SSI open water diver and have been training with Scuba Shack since. The staff in the shop and instructors are always friendly and I never leave without learning something new and improving my dive experience. The trips through Scuba Shack are also extraordinary with great dive destinations and even better divers both on the trip and at the resort! This review is long overdue. Scuba Shack helped certify my Girl Scout troop and family during COVID-19. Dan was very patient with all my questions and scheduling private classes during the week that fit all of our busy schedules and accommodate using a private pool. The gear the girls used was well maintained. These girls still love diving and my family continues to go to scuba shack for all their needs. Thank you Dan and the rest of scuba shack for making quarantine a little more fun!
I’ve attended a couple of training courses with Scuba Shack. I originally completed my open water training 2 years ago, and returned for a specialty training last week. My experience has been phenomenal. The instructors have been amazing, patient, and knowledgeable. I recently dove for the first time during a trip to Thailand. I was immediately hooked...no pun intended. Upon returning to Nashville, TN I met up with Dan at the Scuba Shack who was excited to assist me on my new adventure with diving. Once I completed the online PADI course, I setup my meeting with Dan and we were off to the water to finish my training. Just finished a sidemount class with Dan. It was a challenging course at times. But I'm thankful that it was challenging. Dan is an amazing instructor. I even had him train my son in open water earlier this year. Dan is very knowledgeable on every class we have taken with him. I can not recommended taking classes with Dan to further your training.
